Description: It is the oldest square of Buca. It can be said that this place in the upper neighborhood has served as a square for more than two hundred years in this neighborhood, which has been shaped as it is today since the end of the 1700s. The naming of the square as "dokuzçeşmeler" begins with the construction of this fountain, which has eight fountains, in honor of Sultan Abdulaziz's visit to Buca in 1863. It was called by the same name by the Greeks, and later on, this name was adopted by the Muslims and used until today.
